Not a good app
premier bank interest rate is one of the highest and still changes annual fees. the app not really functions well.

It takes up to 20 days for a payment to post if you pay online. Absolutely horrible online payment system. Run!

Stay away
Got this card a while back to build credit, after having it for some years I would not recommend! It's one of the worst credit cards I've ever had and the customer service is not up to par. Don't make the mistake of getting this very crappy card…

Haven't used it in 2 years and can't cancel but still get charged usage fees every month and penalties for not realizing I'm being charged even though I no longer use it.

Honestly, I do not normally like to be negative about a company but seriously feel they want you to miss payments. No auto pay on the app. Even when every other company has it. Charges you $38 for a late payment plus your $8 a month maintenance fee. Doesn't even seem like you can set up more than one payment at a time. Honestly, I missed my payment and immediately went on to pay it and then went to set up my next payment, and it would not let me do it. I guess til my first payment went through.

Could be better
The app currently has minimal service options . Like u can not get nor see a digital version of ur credit card even after your physical card has been delivered and activated . Payment options aren't rounded out correctly as far as I can see . I have credit protection and notifications of credit transactions turned on . Yet I have received no notification's of any of my purchases and I've had to constantly refer back to the app which takes a full business day to update . So if I spend 100$ today it will show that I spent it but it will not give me the option to pay it that day . I thought it would be more up to date as far as refreshing current activity and notifications. Also the 95$ fee I pay that's “ credited “ to ur account is never credited but deducted .
