Making a payment
Gave 4 Stars Because it asked to rate the App I only used a specific part of the app which worked quick & easy so I gave 4 stars cause I can't speak for the whole app

Can’t access all policies on same app
The app is very convoluted. You can't access everything in the same manner. Billing is not done the same across different policy types.

I'm scared to use your app, but I have to stop by to "secure" my driving. I didn't have any problems in 6 months and instead of feeling benefits I think it was even more expensive. But I hope it works, when they are really needed.

Predatory Insurance
I've been with you 10 years I pay in full every six months you give me a $400 discount for paying in full every six months …yet you tack on the $400 discount to the next six months premium payment. You make back the money you discounted me. predatory insurance.

Apps fine as far as it goes but progressive policies allow them to add people to your policy without your express consent… because someone doesn't say no to you adding someone to your policy doesn't mean it's appropriate for you to add them. You can't rR[handle] a passed out person justthey can't say no.
