If you cannot keep a physical location in operation or keep the mobile deposit feature functioning, you will lose me as a client. I should not have to jump through 8 different hoops with you guys just to deposit a paycheck.

I loved this app but the update seems to have done away with the biometric sign in option. I have a longer password for my banking apps and exclude them from password managers. I use the app constantly and typing the password manually is a pain. I also thought the biometric feature protected you from keystroke logger hacks. Regions please put it back.

I have had this app for a little while now since I'm turning my account and for some reason yesterday it started acting crazy and will not let me log in at all it's saying it's temporarily locked or security purpose

UPDATE: 11 mos later.. The song remains the same, still POS after all these years. Service NEVER available. This is even worse... to use this app you MUST DISCLOSE YOUR SSN. This is too much overkill when other MFA are readily available... sending my SSN IS NOT AN OPTION Uninstalled, reinstalled. Still doesn't work. Quit blaming user...own up to it. Service not available - don't bother us. REGION'S reply... I need to do their work for them. Why does Redstone FCU, Fidelity, Vanguard ALWAYS work?

I have an idea
So I understand that it tells you the dates of when transactions were made, but what would be very useful is if it told what time of day the transaction was made Bc I had a little issue awhile back with a transaction but I was really trying to figure out when during the day it was but I couldn't. I'm not saying anything bad it was just a suggestion :)

Poor functionality
The ability for the new Regions Bank app to capture the images of checks is poor. It now can take several tries to capture the image and often results in failure.

Never opens...take forever to load if it does. All other banking apps open with no problem. FIX THIS!!! UPDATE 4-30-21 / Still having issues with this app. It is useless. I have to go to the browser to log in. It has been months with no improvement. Considering changing banks for convenience.
