Everything was fine until they start asking for social they are stupid if they think I was going to put my social or my license to do a simple shipment, they are just stupid they just can't find how to ruin the applications

Deleting this app, they held my Remittance for two weeks while app said its delivered, made so many contacts via calls and live chat but no one seemed to know where my money was, it took real effort to claim my money back which was never delivered and which was much needed at that time. No compensation and apologies offered.

0 sure I deposited money for my country and they told him that the app had canceled the shipment, I canceled the shipment and more than 15 days have passed and they have not given me a refund!!

I sent 2 thousand dlls in the first stay they told me that it would arrive in 72hrs and then they changed that in 7 days, 8 days have passed and I still do not have my shipment, I have called and they do not give me a solution other than to wait another week !! I need my money back because I have been tricked that the deposit would be fast !! Why did they withdraw that the second I gave it "send" but they haven't deposited anything !!!! Xoom has never ever done that, I regret sending with you

Just used this app for the first time without reading the app reviews, the money wasn't delivered though the app said it is, so i decided to check out the reviews i nearly fainted because everything i read is what happened to me these people are just crooks and they know exactly what they are doing, i conclude by saying that this app is a scamm extorting people's hard earned money

I used it a long time ago only once, they don't charge commissions because they make money with the currency exchange, which is not correct. In the end, it's more expensive than paying commissions. I'm tired of the ads they put on Youtube. They've been putting ads on every video for 2 years, I've blocked more than 30 ads and they keep popping up. If the service was good, there wouldn't be so much publicity. If you want an honest company and very fast with transfers, I recommend Wise.
