Great app, website not so much
Functionality is great on the app. The website though lacks this. I've called Rocket 3x to get my phone number updated for 2FA on the website and I still see the OTP's going to the old one.

Good app!
Good app overall but I gave it two stars because when it prompted me to rate it auto switched me to this screen instead of just giving a pop up where I could just give it 5 stars and move on.

Amortization issue
Amortization not available for customers who's loan got transferred from one entity to rocket mortgage. This is not fair and we don't live in Stone Age. Rocket mortgage must fix the issue and bring amortization for all customers. This will help us pay off loans earlier or make budget adjustments.

UPDATE?!?!?!??
I have been trying to use my app for the last SEVERAL months with it telling me I need to update app to use it. "Must have 16.0 or later". APPLE HASN'T EVEN GOTTEN THERE YET. IT'S ONLY UP TO 15.8.2. SO PLEASE TELL ME HOW I AM SUPPOSED TO USE AN APP THAT ISN'T EVEN ON TRACK WITH THE DURN PHONE!!!!!!!!

Software upgrade bad idea
This updated make payment can not made when do not have new phone. Cause problem when make payment online with old phone

Works great…unless 2 homes
App is awesome when you have only one home. Unfortunately there is a glitch in it if you have 2 homes causing you not to be able to scroll between them. You have to close out all together and then come back in and select other house. Used to work great, but glitch started a few months ago.

Bogus fees, app frequently doesn't work (then they add late fees when they finally allow you to pay). Paid $35,000 over 2 years with "4.5% interest" But loan balance only down $4,000. Go with a local bank.

Good luck getting a real person on the phone to help after the mortgage goes through. All automated menus that eventually hang up. Just awful, buyer beware!
