Roqqu has turned out to be the very fraudulent they stole my 10+APTOS as soon as the value appreciated 20-25k they denied me access to sale or swap my coins I never knew they were looking for opportunity to do their worst by stealing my coins and readjusting transaction details

Poor performance, downloaded the app yesterday and since then, have been trying to verify my bvn but to no avail... it keeps taking much time... I am disappointed Roqqu can't resolve the issue...

Dear Roqqu customers I'm highly disappointed with your company, I've being having a smooth experience with Roqqu not until last two weeks I've being trying to make withdrawal and also send crypto out of my account. Any time I send crypto out of my accounts the receiver doesn't get the crypto when I contact customer care they will tell me to wait for 24 hours after 24 hours of waiting the money will be reversed to my account this has being done to me for more than 4 times and I've not being able to send my crypto out of my account or being able to update my account my money is stock there currently I made a USDT transfer since April 18 until now the receiver hasn't received it yet and the money hasn't being reversed to my account I'm sick and tired, I've contacted customer care several times but no response. I'm tired of all this I need my Usdt back to my account and complete access to my money… 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

DELAY IN TRANSACTIONS Roqqu is not the fastest ❌❌
I'm writing this review because Roqqu bas always been a disappointment to me countless time …..so slow with releasing crypto to a recipient address …most times it can take a whole day or two days …..also trading or making transactions on Sunday is a huge risk ….your coin would be debited but not send to the destination address and you can't contact a support personnel until it's Monday….pls I'm not saying all this to be awful go this app…but I'm saying Facts… I have been using roqqu since 2020 so I am and experienced user of the app ….Roqqu have a very poor standard when it comes to dealing with customer's transactions especially on Sundays and over the years this issues hasn't be solved… SO DON'T BE DECEIVED ROQQUE US NOT THE FASTEST TRADING APP They also have a long delay time in withdrawal also very bad as well
