Horrible. I was actually enjoying the app, but since the update its removed the widget off my phone to see my balance at a glance without needing to log on the app. If I can't find this feature, then I may as well uninstall the app and just use Web browser to check my balance. The widget was the most used feature for checking my balance.

Cluttered. Irrelevant information interupting anything being or becoming intuitive. A waste of company money which could be better spent on improvement of rather uncompetitive product offerings.

This latest update has made the app so much harder to use. The biggest issue for me is the amount of white space in the transaction log, I can only see 6 max, and sometimes only 5 as the dates take up a lot of the screen. This makes it an absolute nightmare to try and find any specific transactions. Hopefully this changes soon or I'll be looking to switch

The previous app was simple to use and easy to read. This app is horrible in comparison. Give people the option to move back to the previous user interface. See what happens. Learn from the results.

Average app not great -balance including pending not accurate it's always the same as the balance figure even when payments are pending. Also annoying that if I've logged in then logged out I can't log in again without closing all the apps I have open

Im on the verge of moving to a new bank due to this app! Everything is scattered miles apart in font suited to people with vision problems. Previous version was far better! Theres not a simple button to add new standing orders in the new one! Its "See, change&Delete" - No "Add". I called customer service and she insisted that its me that doesnt know how to use the app and to go into the bank just to be shown how to add a SO! im an IT developer myself so these things arent that complicated to me!

Before you start
We’ll send a One Time Passcode to the mobile number that’s registered to your account. 

Once that’s done, it takes just a few minutes to get started with Mobile Banking. 
1.	Open the app and enter your Online Banking log on details
2.	We’ll send you a One Time Passcode (OTP) by text message
3.	Enter the code into the app to register your device
4.	We’ll ask if you want to set up Touch ID or Face ID to log on 

And that’s it, you’re in. Be sure to allow ‘push notifications’ to get messages from us straight to your phone’s home screen.

Remember …

Never share a One Time Passcode (OTP) with another person. Not even a Santander employee.
Never download software or let anyone log on to your computer or devices remotely following or during a cold call.
Never enter your Online Banking details after clicking on a link in an email or text message.
