Wont open the app
Sometimes it will not open the app especially when needed . This has been going on for about 2 months

Not enough debit cards
Santander Bank limits customers with the number of debit cards , I have 2 checking accounts and they only assigned 1 debit card for both accounts. Purposefully done to create a inactivity charge fee on 1 of the accounts due to lack of debit card transactions.

I can’t login.
I've been trying to login for the last month. The online one works but the app does not. It's making me regret taking out a loan with them. It's making everything so much harder. I called support and they were not help at all.

Terrible app
I am usually not one for writing reviews. But this app frustrated me so much I felt I had to. I have had an account with Santander for almost a year now. I have never once been able to log in on this app. Absolutely terrible app and the app isn't even run by Santander it's through a third party so they can't even help.

Online Banking Down
How disappointing there was no notification or heads up for “scheduled online maintenance” all weekend can't access any of my money how depressing and stressful

Not able to sign in
Is there a bug that's needed to fix? I can only login online not through the mobile app

Always an issue logging in
Any time I log in, I always get a message saying my request can't be processed. I almost always have to log in twice. I also wish there was an option to make a payment to the principal if a loan. Instead I have to drive out of my way to the bank (the one closet to me closed) and it's inconvenient. Allowing that option in the app would be smart.

Not good
I have set it up so that I can log into my account with facial recognition half the time it'll work the other half of the time and tells me I need to go into my device settings and change some thing because the device cannot connect to the app so please fix the problems and then maybe I'll change my review.using an iPhone 14 Pro Max

I've never been able to use mobile check depositing without getting error. Previous versions of the app would crash when I would tap "deposit" but the deposit would go through. Now if I add pictures without typing in the amount first, the app crashes. If I type the amount first then take the pictures, I get an error saying the totals don't match. Mobile deposit needs some serious work to make it usable.
