Problems with eDeposit
I get paycheck through mail so I have to either use the app's eDeposit or go into an atm, which I can't sometimes because of how busy I usually am. Almost every time I use the eDeposit, there's always something wrong with the endorsement recognition at the back even though it's PERFECTLY written down. Either that or because of the amount even though I put the right amount so I always have to reenter. Please fix your eDeposit because I aint trying to waste gas to go to an atm just to deposit my paycheck 😭🙏

Face recognition stopped working
Stopped working randomly and hasn't worked for months. All phone settings seem to be in order, seems to be an unresolved app issue.

Zelle through the app is god awful. Every single freaking time I try to add someone it puts a hold on my account and I have to call to get it fixed. Sometimes I need to send money right away and I can't wait until the next business day! Freaking awful
