Ordered 3 statements to be sent to email (did not receive original) was promised would be sent right away. Has been well over one week-still have not received them! Also still waiting to get 3 fraudulent charges removed from my visa card that were done in Madrid Spain. 3 other charges were caught but these were not totalling 572.19 -again Madrid. I was in Yuma. Talked to so many agents no real help. All say looking onto.The hours I have spent on the phone is insane!!
