App data will not be deleted.
There is a problem with updating to ZAS. Unfortunately, I always get the dialog switch for the update displayed. If I confirm it, it will be displayed again the next time I log in, and so on, like in a vicious circle. I have already had the app reset by my savings bank and received a registration letter. Even if I delete the app (including all data from the iPhone) and reinstall it, I get this dialog again when I open the new app after I have entered my old app password. How is this possible???? And what does a solution look like? Without the pushTAN app, I can no longer access the banking and custody account to be able to execute important orders. Please help me urgently and immediately.

Transferring the app from one smartphone to the next fails because after scanning the code, the app hangs at "QR code is being processed". An e-mail regarding a new connection is sent, but from then on nothing happens. Requesting new data is only possible by mail and therefore takes several days, and according to the text, it also deletes the existing, working connection. Not exactly ideal.

I can't log in or confirm an order because I'm supposed to update the app, which doesn't work. Error codes only..... Plus, it's just awful to rely on this app

Never had any problems with it. However, at the moment you are asked to make an update after each use by entering your password, which I find strange, because the update should actually also be visible/made in the App store, so I simply close the window every time without entering my password, still works well if you ignore it.

I once had an Android phone with a modified firmware on which the app worked, but on 2 older Android 6 devices without modification it complains that my system is modified and/or insecure, even though I have freshly set up the phone, and if it doesn't work on Android 6 you shouldn't offer it for it, on my Chromebook the app doesn't even want to start, the compatibility of the app is lousy, you should really improve a bit here
