Production company refuses to fix lag issues

Scopely is the absolute worst at fixing server issues…this game with just frustrate you with number hourly crash experienced playing this game

Very good game to a certain point, but pvp model ruins this game completely. The higher your level the widen the gap of levels that can attack you. For example at lvl 20 range of players that can attack you is 18 to 24, but at lvl 25 widen to 21-39 and so on. That means that you will be attacked by ships which are 10x, 20x your power. Even if you got everything maxed out and best crew it is a lost cause. And no money or time investment will allow you to compete making the game unplayable. Avoid

It was fun at first and I've made some good friends but with each arc that comes out it gets more pay2win. They censor the wierdest things in chat yet have no moderation in place event when you report players for harassment, botting and other TOS issues nothing happens so utterly pointless. This is a far cry from the actual vision of startrek and just a cash grab based on the IP avoid it play a better game rather than not so micro micro transaction roulette

Yet another darn glitch. The Borg Cube does not charge its weapon properly. I'm killing level 40 explorers and each kill only charges the weapon by 2%

Game is constantly crashing with newly added content that you can not even play because the pack prices are extremely expensive for what you get.

1) It's the classic strategy [phone]W, they could put the multi builder after so many levels, for example every 7 you unlock 1 up to 5 total. Same thing with searches, a single line is nothing. 2) Slowness in being able to grow the various commanders, it takes days to make two commanders at level 10, when in other management games it takes 2 minutes. 3) Nice Kirk at the beginning, too bad you can't upgrade it (other management games help you upgrade the initial hero) 2 stars = nice graphics

I put 3 stars, as I find the game to be almost dead: One Kingdom, One Leading Alliance, and not many options. If you want more players, put it as before because you won't have it that way. It doesn't deserve to be there anymore.
