Stripe blocks the account after some time and does not play out the money. I contacted support, they said they would pay out after 120 days, but after that time I contacted them again and got a response that they will not refund my money! Fraud, I do not recommend it!

No support person to speak, to many fees, unhappy. Should stick with an invoice app or quickbook

Terrible experience. I couldn't access my 1099. I kept going around and around in circles for days, until I finally gave up, and still didn't get my 1099

They won’t cancel my subscription
This is so odd. I'm starting my own business and there's so many options for scheduling and payment apps. I loved I could try the free trial. It wasn't what I was looking for unfortunately. I've emailed and called multiple times and I just keep getting they can't cancel the service and they give me instructions that don't work. I've never given a poor review, I'm honestly only doing it so someone will cancel my service!

Very worst company in the world when it comes for payment gateway as per my experience. Worst customer service. This another type of scam they are doing..... Never use them.... 😔

“Unauthorised payments”
Stripe is currently holding €+13,000 of our funds due to claims of unauthorized payments. Despite employing 3DS verification, we're still facing these issues. Additionally, Stripe has halted our payouts and has not provided a clear explanation for these actions, even after multiple inquiries. All we've received in response are seemingly automated emails.

Withholding funds for a month should be a crime. Been using this system for several years and in only the last 2 months my instant payout has been disabled. They keep gaslighting me telling me its user error, when the option isnt there. I have tried reaching out to customer service 5 different times now and each time is a worse response than the last. If I didnt have to use this payments services for some clients I would delete immediately.
