Do NOT use, avoid at all costs! Its been 2 months and counting since they took my payments and haven't paid me. I've NEVER had a dispute in the 3 years I've been in business. Yet out of no way they said I'm high risk and shutoff payments to my website. Payout date keeps changing, now they're saying ill receive my money in July! I took the payments in early February. No one waits this long to dispute anything, y the long wait? Scam scam scam

Our account is not eligble anymore- no certain reason
Stripe send us email that our account is not eligible after we went live. They didn't give us any certain reason. It only costed us money for integration.

Hello, This is the worst payment method I've been able to use this for about 2 months I've been working with them. They blocked all my shops and froze my funds, asked if I did send my products to my customers, which I had done long before the blockage, and then they refunded all my customers. I just think it's shameful!! When I try to contact them they tell me that I have to wait for the check it's been 2 weeks without news! Get away from this payment method!!!

If you want to lose your customers and your money do not hesitate! For several months I used their app to charge my customers, and then, overnight Stripe, tells me that my company is no longer eligible to work with them. No further information, and when I try to contact them, customer support tells me that they will contact me again and I have no more news. Then for a few days they started to refund my customers for no reason!

Can’t log in with mobile verification
I use mobile verification to log into stripe. On the website, when I enter in my gmail, it automatically sends me to the mobile verification page. On this app, my only option is to enter in a password which I don't have and stripe won't let me create.

Stopped working on older iPhone
I am not able to open it on iOS 12.5.3 and app keeps telling me to update it.

Just downloaded the app first prompt screen asked me to sign in with email and password. I have no account with stripe and I'm unable to leave this screen lmao what a joke
