I haven't seen such a buggy app! I have 5 other banks. After changing the mobile phone, now there is no registration! Constantly gives "Oops error" . I'll give you back your card and I'm done with you!

I did not expect that after paying half the installments the application will refuse. He doesn't want or want it for a week. A stupid rhinoceros appears with a broken head to inform me that something has gone wrong! I had a lot of conversations with the bank's team and the advice was - go to a branch of the bank! And this bank does not have working branches on Saturdays and this makes it difficult for me! I probably won't take advantage of the bank's services and the app anymore.

You lost me as a customer because of the registration problems, given that you have my data in your system, but still "Something went wrong" and I can not take advantage of all the features. I can't request a card next to an address as "something goes wrong" and because of that I can't access the features of the app. Contact the support department by phone is impossible, and in the application all functions are locked.
