I can’t log into my account
Can't log in, i've tried many days.

Crashes with latest iOS update
It's been solid for a couple of years. As of the latest iOS update trying to create an OCO order crashes the app. After several attempts I'm going to need to use a pc. Can't speak to other trade types - don't have time to test during trading hours. One star reflects current state not past state of app.

Showing no positions or account balances. I panicked and thought my money was gone but signing I'm on desktop works.

App needs to be more advanced compared to desktop, option orders need to shown on symbol chart and be able to change option orders on symbol chart.

Missing functions now that there is no td ameritrade app to back it up. If you had both apps it was good now not so much. To sum up if you set up your day on the computer and go do stuff it's great. But without the desktop it's functionality is limited -Cannot view pre market movers easily. -No mechanism to add funds in app (you need to use the website) Doing much beyond a basic trade or monitor is clunky.

App delay
Delay in app vs site. Reverse split didn't show on the app, site looked like I only received a portion of the 100 purchased. App showed 0 shares, site showed 10. I had already sold off the 10 through the site before reaching out to the helpdesk. It was only a $10 loss and I should have looked for a split, but the app made it appear deceptive

More often than not it does not open due to a "Cannot load your data" error. App has to be uninstalled and re-installed to work. This happens too frequently. And the interface is not very clean. Plus trading an already held position is too complicated.

Online transfers not available in the app
It's ridiculous, after moving to Schwab you cannot transfer money to you brokerage account through the app anymore. It should be one of the first functions to be implemented, not the last! My user experience degraded significantly.

Only Gotten Worse
Why is this app only getting worse? I figured after Charles Schwab took over TD , the TOS app platform would only improve at best, [name] useless. other than to view your position, view chart as is and take a trade with several steps. Before it was easier to work with the charts, now it's just bad. Makes me just want to take traders trade using Webull.
