Garbage not user friendly constantly has issues logging in

Can't EVER download my itemized bill with this app. Always "something went wrong."

Every time I try to check my usage it fails. They need to make a text to check it

Continually gives the "T Mobile has stopped working" error message.

after finally moving out of the Sprint Ghetto of TMO, by becoming Full Magenta Complete, i get hit w/ uninstallable update to crappier pre-installed com.ironsoft.aura.tmo, aka [cr]appselector. [cr]appselector forces unhaltable downloads & installs [cr]apps & games i don't want/need - riddled w/ built-in tracker spyware & adservers - forcing me to uninstall said [cr]apps & games. ironSoft is an EVIL TMO privacy violator. [cr]appselector must be all-devices uninstallable, not merely disable-able.

Bad sevices leak personal information UNSAFE SLOW unrealible internet. pluss over charge every month.. they say 60$ prepay at month it is a lies .. but realy is 65$ 70$, 120$ 139$ for not reazon 28$ fees for automatic reconection 21$fees in avance late fees when sevice is prepay. I cancel all sevices or contract with that entities ,,

I needed to change the dns on the router, but there is no setting for it, so it forces me to separate my network completely. I probably will just switch my provider if they don't make dns an option to change in the future.

Haven't been able to use it at all for about two months. Every single time I've tried to launch it, it tells me something went wrong. Gonna try uninstalling, but per the other reviews it seems like that's not a permanent solution.

I can never get the app to work, I spent over an hour with T-Mobile support, and still the app just tells me that it's not ready for me, I've been on T-Mobiles service for over two years, it's rediculous that I can't get something so simple to work.
