I Opened This Account Online. They Have Blocked My Account 3 Times Due To Suspicious Activity. I Haven't Been Able To Use The Account Yet. I Had To Go To The Branch and Show 2 Forms Of ID To Get It Unlocked and Now They Want Me To Do It Again.

The app is good but it should be in Spanish as well. It becomes almost impossible to send money via zelle since every time I try it restarts the app

Truist has let me down over and over I'm just so done. I advise anyone if you value your cash and having it in your hand don't bank with Truist UPDATE ... Someone says feel free to call customer service. Why? That doesn't help one single thing. Good luck going out of business already in SC
