Long term problems
Terrible bank - app, crashes and claims Face ID hadn't been set up when it has, then says user doesn't exist and locks out . Years and years, never fixed

Very difficult to deposit a check. Look at Wells Fargo for a much better system

I almost made it through enrollment, but after entering a login name I received an error code and now I'm unable to continue.

Been consistent with major features. Great bank while I traveled between states. Zelle has been off and on to load for me to send money for services and family so that lost a star. Hopefully that is resolved soon and I can update with full stars.

It works just fine, but they do maintenence at midnight for 3 hours and my pay Check can't come thru untill 3am

Why So Much Buffering and Work On App
Please do not misunderstand this critique. However, about two months ago I contacted Umpqua tech with the proble with my app. I will go to touch face id and the app twirls and twirls. After an extended discussion it was suggested I go into the local bank and have them take a look at it. I did. The bank employee had no idea why I was sent into see them. So, it still buffers unless I delete it and then install again, including the face id. I have to believe I am not the only bank customer that endures this inconvenience, where it appears there is no solution. Tech? I have gien up on Umpquah face id. Too much buffering to me an unknown reason. When I contacted tech they sugested I go into a local branch. I went into Coos Bay branch. They had no clue on help. Thus I started ever since just doing a regular login. Guess what. Though it is my fault. I tried to login. It asked me for my user name. My fault, as I said. I had forgotten ny user name. For all this time I had gone without it asking me user name. Silly. However, when I got home I found the user name in my password book. I will stick with this method rather than go to convenient face id. Thanks, Umpqua for asking what I think. Is anyone reading this?
