The customer service is terrible. They never answer. This app will steal your money and hold it forever. I regret being a customer don't sign up

Constant SELFIES!!
I used to love this app, but now it's just annoying! I've been using Uphold for close to 2 years now and now I am constantly asked to take a selfie each time I want to withdraw! I've had enough! They say it's for my protection but I already have 2FA Authentication! What was the point of me taking a selfie when I opened my account if I have to constantly take a selfie!! I'm done with them, gonna start using another app to get my assets to my cold wallet from now on! Deleted! **Update, my last few transactions were small amounts..By your logic it shouldn't have triggered the selfie event!..

The app interface is cluttered compared to say Coinbase which is easier to navigate. I can't seem to find the "send to wallet address" link or something 😕 I tried to use the bank features to receive money from a client but it was returned as the sender's name wasn't mine (obviously duh) . I won't be using the app to invest or fund anything it will just remain there until I decide what to do with it

It was cool until. I couldn't login. Doesn't support change/forgot password. No customer service. Take your money elsewhere

Has the most obnoxious and unnecessarily loud and grating "music" when you open it. I get that you need to promote yourselves, but just use something quiet and maybe I'll give you a better score.

Constantly have to uninstall and redownload it in order to use it. Otherwise works ok.

Terrible app, I had some Trx staked, I tried to open the app to do the KYC and be able to move my funds, and I get a notice that they feel that they can't give me their services and they don't give me an explanation. In conclusion, I think they have already taken my funds

New version keeps cycling to the log on screen. Reinstalling it does not help.
