Website needs an upgrade. We need to be able to edit check labels to whom the checks were paid. Account holders needs access to our statements online.

Paying Bills
I don't know what happened but all my Payees were gone and I had to re-enter bills the last 6 weeks. It also wasn't accepting PO Boxes and I had to write checks and mail them or go to the Payee's own website to pay. It was a major pain - was not happy.

Easy online banking
Easy online banking app. Only complaint is that sometimes it isn't up to date with purchases. There's a delay.

Too much clutter
When I get on the app you overlay trash that gets in the way. Why do you force me to view this and delay what I feel is is important. You do it to make money. I can make up my own mind about my finances and don't need you to force this stuff on me.

Normally a good app but pop ups ruin it
I keep getting pop ups when loading up the app that completely cover my screen. I can't do anything but look at a white pop up that won't load anything. The fact that pops can cover my screen and I can't “X” off of them is insane.

The transfer option is so annoying clunky, should just move forward after clicking an account
