Worst Company to have 401k with.
It took 5 month for them to complete a rollover to them. I mailed in my paperwork and they told me there was an issue with the scanned documents. They are the ones who scanned the document not me. They made me mail in another copy, and said the scanned documents we messed up again.

Woul give zero stars if it was possible! Will not run at all on any of my devices and the website won't allow me to do anything other than see my balance. Been garbage ever since the buout and change happened! FIX IT!!!

Your app needs to be updated
When I update my retirement contributions through the app, they are not pushed over correctly. I have also tried do it on my computer and still nothing. I have called for assistance which they told me they fizzed it and still nothing. This is ridiculous! Your business gets paid a lot of money to not process our contributions correctly. If I had another option for my retirement plan I would take advantage of it however unfortunately we are stuck with your business as our only option.
