Does not process transfers on weekends
There should be a disclaimer that you don't process money transfers on weekends. What if the money is really needed back home? Worse money transfer app.

Very poor system. I relocated from South Africa to the United Kingdom and I cannot use the app since the only way is by me verifying my account with my contact number. How will I do that since the number I opened the account with is an SA number and I am now in UK. I have tried many times to contact Worldremit but it's said to say they don't care. The whole system revolves around a phone number I can't believe that you can in this time and age you can only verify with a phone number? Disappoint

Can someone really asisst me? Its been 4 days and my transfer is not yet credited and still pending. It is for an emergency and i badly need it now. You keep telling me there is an issue with the local partner and still after every complain it is still not fixed. If i could only give you negative star then i would and i would not recommend you to anyone using it.

I sent a Haitian money, they took the money and the person never received the money, when I saw that I cancel the transfer, they never returned the money for me. Please get me my money please, thank you in advance

The app keeps asking for selfie as verification process, verifies the selfie and says ready to send but goes back to same step. Even after email confirmation that verification is complete, still cannot make any transaction. Customer services goes unanswered, continuously outside operating hours. The chat app is useless if not a frequently asked question.
