The app just keeps getting slower and now a new problem. It won't let me book in advance for tomorrow it changes the date back to today. I checked my dates carefully because at first in the search function it tried to set my check in for yesterday! It tries to force overlapping bookings when booking in advance now! So I will be rid of this app and try to find another not by this company

Customer care service of Agoda is pathetic. It's better to cancel your booking, then talking to customer care. Use Agoda app, only if you get best deals, else goibibo or make my trip has much better customer care.

Agoda scam with me of 4500 Dubai Derham I booked a property on Agoda, I went on location but no response, I complained on Agoda and Agoda canceled the booking, Agoda said for refund but I contacted many time Agoda don't refund me. Booking on Agoda is very dangerous for you.

Do NOT use this app for hotel bookings! If you get to the hotel and it's nothing like it is on the app Agoda will give you absolutely no help and you will just lose your money spent on the booking. I repeat, NEVER use this app.
