Very disappointed with my last booking. I have given another hotel 5 kms away from the hotel I booked. I wasted money going there and staying away from the location I selected.

I booked a hotel overseas through Agoda and it was overbooked. Think about it. You are overseas and you can't speak the language and you can't find a place to stay. You can't speak English when you call the Agoda service center. It will just make your trip a terrible memory.

Horrible company. They do nothing to protect you or your money. They take your money an if you need to cancel they have to wait for the property to confirm your cancelation. Buuuut if you end up booking with some the shady places they have , the property with NEVER confirm an YOU LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY. 🤬 Other booking agencies allow you to force cancelation an give you ALL your money back. Again, horrible company. 💯

The seemingly lower current discount price and discount code were used to attract reservations. After the credit card was debited, the amount was shown to be higher than the preview amount. After asking customer service, they replied that the discount code was not used. During the debit preview, a screenshot was also shared with customer service. , they said in the background that they would ask IT for confirmation, but 48 hours later they still replied that I did not use the discount code when paying! Even though there are screenshots. It will not be used again in the future. Response: When I found out, I have spent time communicating with your company’s platform customer service and waiting for your company’s response. My personal time is precious and I don’t want to waste any more time on this speculative promotion method where the price difference only appears after payment.

If you have already made a payment on Agoda and when you check in, the hotel says there is no cooperation with Agoda, and when you complain, there is no response and the complaint is immediately closed, it's a loss, you lose money.

During the refund process, I was told to wait 30-45 days. When asked again, I was told to wait up to 90 days. Edit: told to email? Well, I wouldn't make an assessment like this if I hadn't contacted the applicator. Please contact my email if there is good faith from Agoda. Thank you
