The quotation is not accurate, the special price does not include taxes, the total price includes taxes, and people think that it is the best price, and the detailed amount is more expensive than other houses

We have tired booking for one apartment in Goa multiple times.. everytime booking got cancelled after 5-10 minutes saying payment error.. however my credit card is showing deducted limit. Please fix your payment gateway issues

Would like to give zero star. Never book from Agoda when you're booking for any Indian hotel, so pathetic experience and can't understand why this app is even available in India when they don't have any customer support to address any queries.

Max of the hotels don't accept booking done through Agoda, they will force to contact Agoda customer care for humiliating you will find none of Agoda customer care nos working. E-mail done last week to their provided mail I'd till now no updates on any action taken on property owners who refused to accept booking done through Agoda.

App crashes when opened on Pixel 6 (pro), Android 14. And the worst thing is that when I'm using the web version it redirects me to the app, which keeps crashing. Had to uninstall. Please fix this asap!

What does Agoda mean? Want nipu? I am from Semarang to Jogja until 00:30 oyo lodging booking but my booking is not entered in the lodging system, I TLP cs Agoda it is even nothing available Indonesian!!! Helloooo lu set up this business in Indonesia, but it's the turn to complain that there is no Indonesian language available, crazy times. Finally, I TLP cs oyo dannnnn when I checked it turned out that my booking from Agoda did not exist!! return my money!!

The price was 20 € per night but at payment its change to 24 € and in addition there is no discount of 10% for new subscribers .. and in addition to the tax and farais on the site and at the hotel also .. Even the currency exchange is scam 1 € its cost 10.60 DH not 11.5 DH. I do not recommend AGODA

It's worse, I booked far away2 stayed at the hotel 2 nights, even d cancel -1 h at 10 hours, even though d description d info -2 h, this was even d cancel suddenly, so I found it difficult to book the hotel because I wanted the hotel on D day
