Mobile deposit sucks. I have tried it with multiple checks and it keeps rejecting them. I have tried it on different devices and the same thing.

Used to be a good app, now it only works half of the time to deposit checks. Really frustrating. Maybe it's time to change banks after 22 years🤷‍♀️

Frustrating

I almost always seem to have a problem with transferring money from an external account to pay either of my two accounts with AB. I don't understand why it doesn't work and it's very frustrating.

New app

The new app removed the dark theme and now asks me to add an authorized credit card user ever single time I open it. Associated, stop asking me. I said no. Take a hint.

This app is worthless. Trying to deposit a check is a complete nightmare. The very minute my mortgage is paid off I'm switching banks. Nothing but problems with Associated.

Previous app was much more User Friendly and Intuitive. Interpreting and Navigating this version is atrocious in comparison. Deciphering Payment Due Date and Amount Owed would almost seem deliberately concealed (without navigation) for the purpose of provoking Late Payment Fees.
