Their “masters” in photography do not even know the basics
The “master” class with Petra Collins was laughable. She doesn't even know you can change a camera lens with film in the camera. How can she be teaching a master class and tell her students to pick their lens and stick with it because you can't change the lens once film is in the camera? That is literally photography 101 knowledge. And the other master class with Annie Leibovitz she is basically just sitting there with a pointer while someone else does her edits. And she said she didn't know how depth of field works! And she didn't understand aperture and shutter speed, she just looks at her little meter in her camera! How are these people masters? In fact, how am I not making money when I know more than they do! If this is how the rest of your classes are doing to be, I will be wanting my money back! I was expecting masters of their trade! Not lucky people who didn't get where they are with their knowledge.

Personally, I think the videos are great. However, the company is definitely a scam. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for months, but I can not for the life of me get it cancled. The app is buggy and won't let me cancel through there, and the website just tells me to continue through the app. It's gotten to the point where I have to freeze one of my cards because they're currently trying to bill me for a year's subscription even tho I've been trying to cancel... They won't stop...

Problems with the App
The service is great, but… the app tends to quit and reload whenever playback is paused for 1 or 2 minutes in the background. Every time I'd pause for longer, I'd have to reopen the app, wait for it to load all over again, and click on resume. It's a minor action but it becomes so repetitive that it becomes a nuisance daily. In addition to this it seems like it takes too long for the interface to load when switching between pages, which makes it less hard to search through the courses quickly. Please fix this by optimising background refresh and quickening the app load time.

Good content but is a terrible app. Confusing. Some courses I can't watch on TV, only on my phone or computer. For example, Shea Mc Gee or the oil painting course, are nowhere to be found on TV I have to watch them on my computer.

Paid for the app, and still yet to access the content. When I try to watch anything I am taken to the billing/subscription page!! How do I get my money back??? I've been clearly scammed!!

The videos take for ever to buffer which ruins the overall experience as the learning modules will intermittently start and stop during play. Netflix and azon run fine. So there's nothing wrong with my internet connection. I think that it is ridiculous that I have to pay extra to be able to download these videos as the subscription is already really experience especially for sub standard playback quality. I think all videos should be able to be downloaded and be able to be watched later on.
